Like the title itself, this drama is full of sweetness. No crazy shady villians or second FL/ML antics, no schemes or crazy plots. This is a wholesome show that's meant to bring a smile to your face (or remind you of how utterly single you may be lol). What to watch for - the CHEMISTRY. Bai Lu and Leo have an undeniable chemistry on screen, they're like fire that sizzles when they are together. If not for anything else, watch for the two of them. I love when a drama shows good romance and a couple that knows how to kiss....these two definitely do!
If you're wondering whether or not to start this show because medical dramas are not your thing and you're not into the "slice of life" genre - do yourself a favor and watch it anyway. There's no way you can regret it. From the acting (perfectly casted) to the plot to the OST. Everything is superb. Each episode makes you laugh and cry with the characters and you just walk away feeling like the world can truly be a better place (sounds corny but during times like this, any bright spot in this dark world is worth acknowledging). THIS SHOW IS AMAZING.

I would say a semi-cliffhanger and the second season is confirmed. It's SO SO GOOD and worth watching, this season ends on a great note that sets up the second season but also doesn't leave you agonizing over it (if that happens to you while waiting)
Loved everything about this show! Bai Lu and Xu Kai have such amazing chemistry! The only thing I got annoyed with was the last few episodes had the worst and most confusing editing I have ever seen! *facepalm*

I'm confused on why you think the FL is a psycho? I thought her character made sense and was pretty consistent throughout the whole show. On the contrary, I thought she was pretty smart and we see that through the whole hacking scheme she runs and even when Tien wants to be with her, she makes the logical choice of wanting a divorce because as much as she loves him, she knows he doesn't love her the same way that they should love each other.
LOVE this show soooo much. I was so sad when it ended and went back to re-watch my favorite scenes because I was missing Mew and Mark! I seriously hope they have another drama together!
