Too crazy about this show. I'm really loving how all relationships are portrayed and I like that our heroine isn't a damsel in distress needing to be rescued by the hero. AH will fight side to side with her man.
I miss Versailles Yoo! This drama is just so amazing. I just love a drama that doesn't take itself too seriously even when dealing with serious matters such as corruption and murder. Also it doesn't hurt to have top notch actors/actresses and a fantastic script.
I dropped this after episode 4. The child actors were wonderful. But out of the adult cast, only Kim Soo Hyun…
I'm not disagreeing with you but I'm just wondering how you would know how the adults did if you only watched 4 episodes. If I remember correctly the adults didn't come in till around 5 or 6?
Anyway I found it entertaining enough even though the plot was simplistic and most actors were either average or wasted. I do agree that KSH nailed his part.
I love this drama to bits. I love how each character has a different and interesting personality and when something happens each of them reacts differently according to their personality. I also love that this is a drama that doesn't just focus on romance. There aren't many dramas I've seen with the kind of deep friendship that the boys share and it just makes me love it even more.
After 13 episodes. This has gone from badly written to just crazy but I like YJ and I'm starting to like Riah surprisingly. HS is weak and JB is just...JB.

What I love about what's up is the connection that develops between the characters and how they connect with us as an audience. I felt like each of them could exist in the real world and even when things were dramatic they all seemed to react in a real way according to their personalities.
