Really loved seeing her as Xuan Ji. I personally thought her acting was really good and convincing, I was very impressed. This is quite an unpopular opinion, but Xuan Ji is one of my favorite FLs ever. I LOVED seeing her naivety and cuteness and also her maturity later on. I was kinda disappointed that people didn't feel sympathy for her character, she was manipulated sooo much and was even forced to change gender and kill her clan. I felt really bad for her.

Is this a weak to strong plot? Are there any secondary couples?
Idk if I should give it another chance but I really hate the main secondary couples, Qing Lan + Ming He and Gao Mengfei + Xiao Tai. The acting is good but I can't ship them at all. Qing Lan and Ming He are together despite the other ruining their family/home. Gao Mengfei turns a blind eye to the FL (who he grew up with) and sides with Xiao Tai, who played an indirect role in killing his family. This couple is the worst I've ever seen, I don't like them as individuals at all. Qing Lan and Ming He are at least interesting as individuals.
