I watched Queen of Tears before the ML's controversy broke, so this is my completely unbiased opinion. The main cast consists of top-tier actors who deserved so much better than this. The show was genuinely painful to sit through—the plot was overly forced, and the character development was weak. As a huge fan of Kim Ji Won who was anxiously waiting for this drama, I felt so disappointed by the overall execution. To make matters worse, the chemistry between the main leads just wasn't there for me.
