All junwoo's scenes are so good omg. I literally watch all his scenes with my mouth open
I have to say, Ok Taecyeon has finally come into his own. His portrayal of this character is flawless and you can tell his acting range has improved so much. I wish more actors/ k idols-turned-actors of his generation would take a page from his book and work on their acting skills. Not to mention, his code switching between Korean and English is lit and blends in well with the overall characterization of JJW.
Is it just me or was it really weird when Lawyer Choi and JJW held each other’s hands? I thought they were gonna…
I have read so many comments below about this scene having romantic vibes but I beg to differ. At this point, JJW has now acknowledged Zumba Snake as his right-hand woman/consigliere. In Mafia or cartel tradition, this is symbolized by the taking of the hand of the mob boss (exactly as she did, not in a shake but a gesture of utmost submission and loyalty) or kissing the hand of the mafia boss (also called kissing the ring as seen in royalty). Her word or orders are now as good as if JJW issued them himself. This is what I gathered from my little perspective on mafia symbolism. A good but cliche reference would be Mario Puzo's The Godfather. Still a classic.
Anyone else find themselves feeling sorry for Hwang Min Sung despite the fact that he was a jerk? Tae Ho!This…
Likewise, I think his feelings for Vincenzo were genuine. Maybe Vincenzo would have been able to change him for the better. I guess we will never know... But I also did feel sorry for him. Human emotions can be complex and convoluted. His is the story of a psychopath capable of genuine emotions, who knew?
I love how everyone is calling out the husbands on their cheating. There really is no excuse for that. But can we take a minute to look at HyeRung's relationship with her husband. After episode 13, I wonder if she even loves her husband. Was she ever in love with him? High-maintenance wife I get, but her attitude towards him is on another level. Some people have called it abuse. I refrain from using the word but it is clear now that she married him for reasons other than love. This makes her the not-so innocent victim of his cheating. They both should just get a divorce.
For me, I'm not impressed with her acting. IMO, she's "overacting" and it comes across as over the top. I could…
Off the top of my head, Park Bo Young, Yoona and Lee Sung-kyung. Infact, I first thought the FL was Lee Sung-kyung. They both have such a striking resemblance except for LSK's eyes. Anyways, still waiting to get into FL's acting. I know not every actress can pull off comedy with the right amount of aegyo but I think there might be hope for this FL. I have not seen anything she's been in and I'm all for giving new actresses a chance to shine.
what do you think Acting Jun Yeo Bin is good or not?
For me, I'm not impressed with her acting. IMO, she's "overacting" and it comes across as over the top. I could name a few actresses that would have pulled off the character with less cringe. But then again it's early, maybe she dials it down a notch, so it comes across more naturally in the next episodes.
Ok! I know Our main character is JBH and Our OTP is BH X CJ, while Choi Jin Hyuk only appeared as a guest role.…
No, I think what people wanted was for JBH to remain in SY's body and in the Joseon era, living happily ever after with the king and their child. We all know that So Yong's soul was absent for the entire show and JBH was the one in charge. It was him the king fell in love with.
KJH is a very good actor. He acted very well in every projects he did.The chemistry between the leads is amazing…
A good crash course on KJH's acting repertoire would be Welcome to Waikiki 1. I strongly recommend this show if you are not familiar with his works. One of the finest Korean comedy, IMO.
Okay but what's up with Dong-Mi and the doctor? I really hope it's not what I'm thinking. Also why do I feel like…
So glad you brought this up. I'm thinking the same thing. One of these husbands is gay and is sleeping with the engineer. At first, I thought it was the professor but now I'm leaning towards the doctor. That brief meeting in the funeral house had some sexual undertones. Or maybe I could be wrong. We'll see...
Recently, there are so many dramas being made based on adultery. Is this drama any good ,as the writer is infamous…
Blame this infidelity trend on World of the Married. The same way there were Sky Castle copycats, trying to replicate the success and fame of the original shows. The drama is so-so. Nothing remotely original about the plot, except the viewers are left guessing which mistress is cheating with which husband.

Now if there's a kdrama that deserves a Season 2, Mr. Queen is the one.
But it's still early, we'll see...
