Imagine how much better this drama would have been if 2nd male lead was the lead and she found out it was him from the past, and they tried to find the cure together for her heavenly grief while getting rid of his evil father together. The plot was so boring with Ji Bozai. If the book was like this then it would've been a flop for me too.

it gets worse during the amnesia arc when you see him standing there sad and awkward all the time whilw she's just playing card games

im only on episode 2 and it doesnt seem super interesting. the initial setup is confusing, doesnt tell you how she met this master before who knew where to find her on the cliff. also did she meet ML in the past? i feel like there are some editing issues

i will probably finish it since nothing better is airing, but i think this drama will be forgettable unfortunately. I feel as if there wasnt a clear direction to what this drama wanted to be. It;s funny when he get super jealous of his cousin liking her but he has never did the deed with his own wife XD. the pacing is strange.

I also agree. 32 or 34 episodes would have been fine, i got tired of them drawing out the angst a lot before she remembered her previous identity. I also expected the prince and sister to be different from what they were. they felt like every other historical bad guys to me xD

this sounds really boring lol. I think people are so desperate for good kdrama that they rate everything highly. Also , attorney woo made the office drama genre entertaining because she IS funny and navigated the world differently.

I love it too! it's rare for me to not want to fast forward in these kinds of dramas where they adventure to other clans, but i have really loved the fox clan story..

This is the way i felt about it! the show was a whole bunch of symbolism but none of the relationships seemed to matter in the end. I think the show just leaves you feeling empty. Still, so far it has been the only Kdrama based on that time period, showcasing aspects of other countries as the world modernizes. I still remember that beach scene with gu dong mae carrying the other lady :(.
