Wish I knew. I can't read Chinese and struck out on Google.
I did as well. I was able to find out his first and last name, but I wasn't able to see the middle character properly. Thanks though! Update: I was able to figure out his name. It is Wu Chu Yi, but there is no information on him anywhere unfortunately.
