TBH I didn’t even recognize Hwang Jung Eum at first and also I don’t think I ever seen her in a evil type role. This drama gave heavy penthouse vibes at the start I’m hoping the writer and director can show that they can do anything else that differs from the penthouse drama.

TBH the whole dead ex is the weirdest story plot of this drama. With her being dead soo long now we gonna automatically solve this cold case by the end of the drama. If they make ML the actual killer which seems very unlikely I think the CEO and his brother and his mother are seriously suspicious. Like why can’t he be happy and have a girlfriend? The mother and friend are acting like this is the end of the world for him to be happy. So far they are proving to be guilty of being selfish.
I honestly think the mother killed the girl. I have been thinking that since that crude remark she made when one of her colleagues was asking about the incident. I wouldn’t be surprised if the mom tries to kill Sol Hee because she thinks she would be the sole reason her son won’t do what she asked.
I knew Young Woo’s mom was up to no good from episode 1. I hate the type casting it ends up spoiling things in a way and casting the parents from actors who majority play villain roles just gave they are villains again vibes. I knew Young Woo got Jin Woo’s organs but I just couldn’t figure out how the mom knew he would definitely be a match being that it’s his half brother now we see why she targeted him.
This drama the first I think 5 or 6 episodes was a hot mess. The rest of it made the drama better but tbh from start to finish I felt the female lead was very selfish and each episode I disliked her more and more.
This season it is glaringly obvious that they are dragging things out to make it seem like they have a good storyline. TBH this season has been boring me to the point I don't even know why I am still watching this,
I knew something was up when they were in the karaoke room and Dr. Chu was looking at his watch trying to stall time so something can happen to Jin Woo. Why else would he request he make him something that he knows he has to go to the sea for and when we see its the reporter who attacked him at first I am thinking this must have to do with his messed up way of revenge for getting back at Jin Seung for punching him but I dont think that is the case. I think he has to do with Cha Young Woon's mother wanting the boys organs for Young Woon and sending him off to US at the opportune time to make it seem like all this had nothing to do with him.
I honestly think the Young Woon parents are doing stuff behind the scenes so that the son has a flawless record. I think they had a hand in that Dr killing himself and making sure he wrote out his crimes on the suicide note. His parents are pulling the strings orchestrating this whole situation down to the killing of Jin Woo for his organs. I don't think Jin Woo would have been on the parents radar if Young Woon never suspected him as the murderer.
The question now becomes why wait a year to disclose out that something did happen to his brother?
Also why is Bae Min Gyu a main character?
TBH these actors get so typecast to the point when I see them on the screen I automatically think they are up to no good. This drama is already proving me right.... The woman playing the mother Young Woon's mother she is always evil in every drama I have seen as well as the father so I dont see anything good coming from them. The one playing Dr. Chu is usually a dodgy character with no backbone.
The lady who plays the sister she is perfect in you want to slap her every time she is on the screen but my goodness how they thought she would be perfect to play a woman who is supposed to be 10 years older max than Gu Won is beyond me. Every time I see her it throws me off.

That screen writer she did this drama exactly like her last drama love marriage and divorce. It’s painfully slow. This time you got the men in the future opposite of the female leads with awful women. It almost seems like both will be having affairs.
I’m sorry but Mi Ho has been so annoying since the start it’s like she gets overly emotional at the weirdest times. You know Yu Jin husband did something horrible to her daughter but you are crying over she hired a hit man?!?!
