You haven't watched the original and you said this?Even in exact study, they teach you don't generalize something…
I'm not saying it's a perfect 10/10 drama. I'm just saying that just because it's a remake doesn't mean it's a bad drama. And I know people who like watching k-dramas will definitely enjoy this and won't even care/notice those little things like you mentioned because in k-dramas there are always a lot of things happening that don't make sense.
