At the end of ep 11, they showed that he got stuck in a time. I don't think Jeaha started time-traveling, as far as I remember during all of Hwan's attempts to save the boys, Cein’s death was unstoppable, only Jeaha was able to stop Cein from dying, so….🤨 idk 😶

Hahaha…. Well, the whole story was about Hwan sticking in a time loop to save the 6 other members of the group, and the whole drama was one of his failed attempts…. THE NOTES was Hwan’s notebook which he wrote down the info during his previous tries, and at the very end of the drama…. We are at the beginning of the time loop!
