Oh wow, this is off to a great start! I’ve been in a K-drama slump, and this is really bringing me back. I really love Lee Sung Kyung and Chae Jong Hyeop, so I’m glad to see them in a drama together. I wasn’t sure how her “memory loss” storyline was going to play out, but now I see what it actually was. I’m excited to see how everything unfolds.
I have to be in the minority here… I’m really enjoying this drama so far. I’ve been in a K-drama slump for the past two months and haven’t been able to get into anything. I saw an edit of Love Phobia on TikTok and decided to watch it since I’ve enjoyed other K-dramas with Kim Hyun Jin. I’m really happy he’s been given a lead role, and honestly, I don’t really understand all the hate.
The acting isn’t bad. I’ve seen far worse OTP performances in other K-dramas, and this doesn’t even come close to that. Yes, some of the secondary characters overreact, but that’s usually how it is in these shows.
