Yeah, being a female lead is the most ungrateful task ever. They are always either too much this or lacking that and get called with derogatory terms. As if women can't be really complex human beings. And when there is really nothing else to hate, you can always go after the appearance. Like the hate Maha's hair is getting

In the Webtoon the girl doesn't exist (Maha, Hyun Ji and Ria are the original members of their group - no replacement)…
For some reason I'm pretty convinced that the man who came to the cafe near the end of the episode 1 was Eun Jo. JH then had a talk with him and decided to revive Omega 3.

So I haven't really seen a lot of theories here about the girl who died and the guy who disappeared. But maybe…
In the webtoon Eun Jo falls in love with a girl, who is essentially a honeytrap set by Ryok's brother. He wanted Ryok to quit being an idol and tried to break Shax up by creating a scandal. Ryok found out before the press, but Eun Jo was forced to leave Shax because there was enough evidence to make him look bad.

Maybe they kept some parts of the original and Annie was paid to get involved with Shax

No, he wasn't part of Omega. He worked for NOG, Shax's company as their manager.
The new manager was their road manager and he was a director/upper management. Maybe he got promoted, because Shax was doing well, or he already was someone higher on the ladder. I don't think he planned to leave before the thing with Annie happened and the ceo cut all ties with him.

He met with Annie, but as NOG's representative not as someone from Omega

So far I'm really impressed with this show and how they adapted the original work. The webtoon wasn't really my cup of tea, but I liked the general idea. Seems like the writers and I were on a same page.

He did not want to send money to Eun Jo's parents, but a letter detailing all the money Eun Jo owns to the company(training fees etc.). Eun Jo breached his contract by running away, so they want to make him pay for it and stay silent. I bet we'll learn later, how Director Ji and Chief Kim are connected to this whole thing.

In the webtoon Eun Jo's arc starts around chapter 110, but it's quite wacky. I hope they make some changes and I believe they will.

Viewers can also look in the mirror and reflect, why do we expect female characters to be soft, kind and understanding in order to find them likeable. Women should be allowed to get angry.

Traditional tv watching is declining, especially among the younger generations. In order to stay relevant, broadcasting companies have to come up with new ideas and use multiple platforms to reach their target audience. Moreover KBS is a public company, funded by the government. They are obligated to serve different demographics, including youth.

I'm really happy that an established screenwriter is ready to experiment with different concepts. Usually projects like this are helmed by younger and relatively inexpericenced crew.

Prosecutors want to find something against Babel and the easiest way is to go after alleged illegal anti-union activities. They have to prove that Babel is messing with the union and vision team is the one planning those attacks against the union. Moreover they want proof that the vision team gets orders directly from the CEO

He went "back to basics" just like Babel did when they got him arrested on mafia charges. Myung-Hee also used "the classic method" when dealing with the union. It was a theme and sometimes simple things work the best.

Would you be as disgusted if the character was male? Many commenters here seem to hate her because she does not fit to their idea of acceptable female behavior.

I don't think it would be that easy to cancel a show with a Netflix deal. Netflix is a big international company and I bet their conditions are very strict and penalties high. Yes, Netflix cancels shows all the time, but not in the middle of the production.

I see Vincenzo as an unreliable narrator. Things he says about mafia represent his opinions and background. He's mostly trying to justify things for himself, not necessary for the viewers. I feel like all criminal organizations are built on this sense of superiority, otherwise they would not be able to function.

I think JJW likes that HCY challenges him. Everyone else around him does what he says, but she refuses to bow to him the way the others do. She's hard to get and that gets him excited. Maybe he even thinks they are somewhat similar, but it's mostly about a game.
