PARK KYEONG-NAM!!!!
Damn, man, Park Kyeong-Nam is incredible.
This character is what got me hyped to continue watching the drama.
I mean, he’s caring, patient, gentle, lools like a needy little puppy... He’s amazing.
Honestly, what made me fall even more for him was his POV. Seeing how he saw and felt about Mi-rae was so beautiful.
And guys, that line where he said "before, it were just coincidences", but then, he started wanting more of those coincidences 🥹 AUGHHH it was so cute.
Seriously, he’s *the best* male lead out of all the dramas I’ve watched. You could feel how much he wanted her, loved her, even if he didn’t show it at first.
I think the drama is worth it, mainly because of him.
But now focusing on the bad parts.
I felt like Mi-rae was very…weird.
I get that she went through trauma, but the fact that, somehow, she thought she was the only one getting that kind of princess treatment from Eun-Ho (WHO IS AN AI!!!) was really nonsenseless.
I mean, how could she think like that? Such a famous “game” and she’d be the only one to have him saying sweet things in her ear?
Also, i thought it was creepy how she used Gu Yeong-il as a “therapist” lol.
Like, her logging in to talk to him even after everything that Kyeong-Nam saw was really stupid.
But even so, Kyeong-nam was able to understand her (lol i would be like, "girl, go seek real therapy, then we talk").
Oh, i almost forgot: WHY Kyeong-nam had so little screen time? I mean, i think that they could've chosen between Eun-Cho or Choi-Siwoo as Mi-rae's virtual boyfriend, like this, the story could had a "love triangle" (not really a love triangle as the AI boyfriends are not even real, LOL) and Kyeong-nam could've had more screen time and development with Mi-rae, instead of being replaced by so many AI boyfriends
Furthermore, I also felt like the developments of Mi-Rae's friend and the Webtoon artist of "The Man to Know" could’ve been so much better.
They both started off as really striking and fun characters, but towards the end they were kinda pushed aside.
They could’ve developed them and their love lives more
But overall, the actors did really well and I really liked watching Jisoo's acting. (It was my first time seeing her acting!). Her character was fun, but what caught my attention the most was Seo In-guk’s character man 😭.
OH AND IT WAS REALLY FUN SEEING SO MANY ACTORS I KNOW IN THE SAME DRAMA LOL (but i got so sad that Lee So-Hyuk was only a guest actor 💔)
And the soundtracks are really good! Definitely adding them to my playlist
