I love the balance between action and romance in this drama! Romance takes very little time of each episode (really, if you don't like romance shows don't worry, you can just skip epilogues and there's almost no romance left lol) but it's integrated perfectly and provides additional relief to the dramatic scenes. And I also love how this show can be serious but you know that everything's gonna be alright.
i am on episode 6, waited to binge it, but sadly i am getting the feeling that this drama is overrated, or was at some point. i had too high expectations :( female lead behaves like a clingy second leads usually do and tbh the thought of him falling for her with all the story behind is super disturbing. everything feels forced.
Though I'm not too sold on the romance tag... will it be between the ML and FL? Idk how I feel about a romantic…
Totally agree about the romance… it might look acceptable in a drama but when I think about this happening in RL it freaks me out. We will see, I hope the writer considered everything when wrote the romance narrative.
Why this snake was alive .Anyone havy any ideas about that I'm really curious
I’ve read this in the BBC article online called “The wine that comes with added bite”: …And, although extremely rare, it seems as though some snakes can survive in the bottle for months – possibly due to their ability to hibernate – sinking their fangs into whoever is unlucky enough to awaken them. In 2013, gruesome reports surfaced of a woman from China’s Heilongjiang Province being bitten on the hand after a snake jumped out of a bottle of wine where it had been fermenting for three months. She’d made the medicinal drink herself, allegedly from a viper, after a friend suggested it would help her joint pain.
This is really good!! This drama and “Avengers social club” have similar vibes and stories, but this one is much darker. Still not too extreme, for me it was perfect (the trailer is more dramatic than the drama). The ending is very satisfying.
The description here is a bit wrong though, it makes it look as if there are a few “violent husbands and cheating boyfriends” on whom main leads take revenge, but that’s not the case.
Search for《想見你》彩蛋 Someday or One Day Extra Scene on youtube to watch extra 4 minutes. As the description says: “This is not an alternative ending, but a small ‘thank you’ present to all devoted fans across the world.” (The video has english CC).
Starting from episode 14 I couldn't empathize with FL at all. She came out as a very self-centered person. On the other hand, it is pretty realistic, because people usually think about their own pain first. Still I really hate her for leaving him after all she's known about his past and being supposedly in love with him. ML is perfect and he is too good for her.
It was quite entertaining, but the ultimate trick for me was to skip all of the eldest daughter's scenes (her family, in-laws and workplace). It shortened drama by half. I also skipped most of the scenes of the youngest daughter's ex.
Really loved the middle daughter and her man. Both very strong, competent and kind. This drama is worth watching for them.
Just how is Put your head on my shoulder, a love so beautiful, and this are related? Theyre spinoffs but seems…
They are based on the novels of the same writer, I guess in the novels there are some repeating characters or mentioning of characters from previous novels. So it's not exactly spinoff, I guess here it's just a way to indicate that these dramas are based on the novels/scripts by the same author…
I wish they had shown at least some scenes with Hye Won's interactions with her father when she's older. Like, if aunt who was not living with them could clearly see what's going on and feel hurt for her sister, I am curious to know what HW was thinking and feeling at that time. For me her “I know why you hated him, I didn't always like him either” sounded pretty weird. Maybe it's because I just finished “Hyena”, where abusive husband/father traumatized and changed the child's life forever…
