Great great drama. I would’ve given this a higher rating if not Xiao Qin’s absolute miserable of a marriage. I’m sorry I just didn’t find it believable that everything just became okay after they decided to reconcile after their divorce. Regardless of how immature Xiao Yang was, I felt far more chemistry between these two than with Chen Yu ever. I would’ve likely kept Xiao Qin single after all that

Yeah I know that’s why I said there’s better dramas of this genre that don’t have romance initially

This is very boring I can’t lie. Even just as slice of life drama without a strong romance, there’s better dramas that are far more compelling

And the writer is Japanese which is the most important thing. It goes to show that the problem of kdramas isn’t the production team but the kr writers for sometime now. Also kr version had a big problem of lacking chemistry and stuff acting which isn’t an issue here

Got to episode 21 and I’m bored and will be dropping it. I think the intensity of first episode not being carried through was mistake and I’m not wholly convinced by the chemistry of the leads

I’ve been sounding the drum even before 2020 but yes kdramas are dropping in quality like it’s insane that there’s nothing that matches the quality of Beyond Evil In kdramas but I can find that easily with other countries dramas. I was super weary in the investment of Netflix and the like into kdramas cause unlike China and Japan they’re far more swayed in westernisation. I don’t view the nudity and sex as westernisation as it’s plenty in kmovies but they haven’t done a smooth transition into those topics which is bizarre considering kmovies

Tho a nice drama, I can understand why people hate the FL

Kdrama writers always think they know better rather than being restrained and logical. No longer interested (I mean the chemistry was middling but it was an enjoyable watch up until this point)

I’m still watching but I have to agree like I get the circumstances of her personality but it’s definitely getting grating to me beyond belief and not sure if I want to continue
