It was very normal for non-related children growing up and playing together to call each other brother and sister,…
Thanks. That's what I wanted to know. I really like learning about different cultures.
BTW here in India, it would still be very weird if two children calling each other brother and sister since childhood start to develop romantic feelings even if they are unrelated.

Hey, What was that? Wuxia script writers are best at ruining excellent dramas. I mean, do the Chinese audience really enjoy messed up endings?

By the way, did anyone else felt that RRY's character was greatly reduced in the last 8-10 episodes. Her screentime was less and her action scenes were not as prominent as they used to be in the first 10 episodes when she had no internal force. At the same time, NYZ's character started overshadowing her with some excellent fight scenes. Although it was not as bad as it was in WOL, still we had too much of NYZ saving RRY towards the end. I would have had no problem with that if they had not introduced the two leads as equals in terms of intelligence and martial arts. Why ruin that in the end? The only contribution that RRY made in the last 6 episodes was blowing herself up along with the villains.

I wish I get to watch a wuxia where both the leads remain equal in terms of their martial strength throughout the series. For a change I wouldn't mind if the FL is a little better than the ML.
