ok so I've watched ep 11 and here is my guess : Ri Jin is Seungjin's group true granddaughter /Heiress . The father prolly didnt want a girl so he hide her in the basement when she was yong and release his anger on her and brought in a boy ( Dohyun) made people believe it was his son

I'm sorry for the EXTERMELY late reply but yea it's kind of a tragedy since both overs die in the end but the ending is beautiful and most of all it really shouldnt refrain you from watching it considering the drama is a true masterpiece . You really should watch it , yo wont regret it
litterally dont understand why the ratings are so low and why some people dont like it . I'm an avid fan of historical dramas and I truly didnt even like Seo In Guk in the first place ( I'm pleasently surprised by his acting ) but I'm now addicted to the show . The acting is amazing , the OSTs are beautiful , the plot is interesting . It's a 8,5/10 so far for me ( I would have gladly given it 9/10 but I have a love-hate relationship with the lead actress so )
If anybody is hesitating whether he/she should watch the show or not , yes watch it ! The show is already really good so far and it gets better and better

You should really give Empress Ki a try . I'm not even a sageuk fan but it became my all time fav drama even though I've watched like more than 60 of them . And as for IOTL ost It was def good yes but not amazing , if anything beside Empress Ki I liked FTLY ost more but that's just my opinion . T

YEEEES ! you definitely should ! At first i didnt want to watch it because 60 episode is too long and it's just a big no for me but I stzrted it because of all the good reviews it got and I SWEAR it became my aml time favourites drama
