This one has more angst, so surely the emotional connection is prevailed in this one. Still i will go for FIY. I watched that drama when it was airing and watched again in one go when it's finished, i still felt a sense of joy . I liked those dramas a lot which i can re-watch easily.

Totally agree with you on that point. SSC is very mature comparetively. But FL of FIY fills that gap easily. The way she handles the age gap and romance part, won me over. It's my first time watching her, and she totally nailed her character. While i like LYA so far but something feels empty, can't put finger on it but something is lacking. Overall i liked FIY better.

This show is good in many aspect, but all the main and supporting characters relationship are unbelievable. Manning and xangching(he fall for her sister face is cery weired and also it's too quickly). Tan ling and mu fan(she literally tried to kill manning two times). Rao mei na and fang xiang(she crushes over yun shai , confessed her feelings, and then switch to fang xiang, who totally harassed her at the start of the show). The whole characters relationship is so messed up. Plus the villain revelation is so cliched, and she literally killed three important people but got her redemption so easily.
Tell me this is not the end, i think they will show their married life with daughter but it just end like this. I think ep 28 is the real ending. Ep 29 is gui xiao epilogue, and ep 30 is lu yanchen epilogue.
