On Burn the House Down Sep 27, 2023
This is nothing as advertised in the trailer. If you expected a highly intelligent heroine sneaking around finding clues about a past crime, you will NOT find that here. It's extremely overdramatized, and completely lacks any sense of darkness and foreboding that the trailer implies about this "TV-MA" rated show. It's very wishy-washy without any sort of depth in most of the characters, and their actions throughout the show aren't justified by what is shown. The main college-age characters are supposed to be around their mid-twenties (or older!) but their behavior is so disjointed from reality and child-like that it's almost humorous. The only things that make this "mature" are tobacco and alcohol use, and some incredibly mild violence if it can be called that. Avoid.
