it’s understandable that she decided to left GMMTV since they kinda left her out and her popularity is probably declining too because of that ? why didn’t they give her at least 2 projects every year 🥲 these few years she only got 1 project or nothing in GMMTV. It’s sad to see how she attended and participated in their annual event, but more like a VIP guest instead of being a talent ?

I think it’s because Yuan Qi sacrificed himself to protect the realm. Therefore they managed to save Xiu Yan, also unexpectedly all of his core managed to gathered and saved, that was why he could comeback ?

I think it’s because of the copyright ? although both dramas had Yang Xiaopei as the producer, but I suppose that TLI is not officially a sequel or another season of ALP. It’s in the same space yet different story, therefore they have it different. CMIIW 😅

it wasn’t clearly stated, but her story is like:

she had a crush on Phi before married, but then got to know to Phokai and left Phi. She then married Phokai but don’t really know the reason (possibly because her parents support her to marry Phokai, because in the beginning when they were getting divorce, Dawan warned and annoyed Phokai that she’s taking everything in the house she bought for him and everything her dad gave for Phokai).

Phokai met Phrae in London and he probably already have a crush on Phrae, while Phrae only seen him as a friend. Because of Phokai & Phrae’s relationship Dawan decided to left him and back to have a crush on Phi. idk why in the hell they married since ever they divorced each of them have their own crush 🥲 but I think they love each other without realizing.

I don’t know if I missed it but from what I know the timeline is not clear whether Phokai married Wan first or met Phrae first. And I actually think Phokai only has another level of respect for Phrae instead of love because they had work together for a long time, but was triggered by Dawan’s jealousy. Both Phokai and Dawan is definitely Tom & Jerry so they don’t really understand about their level of love & relationship to each other.

She and her ex-husband more like tom & jerry, frenemy kind of relationship

She does something like following her crush and stuff but rarely tho

She’s the real supporting role so she’s not significantly shown and only show when necessarily needed for the plot.

I don’t know if i described it correctly and can be a help for you, but here’s my description for her character:

She’s phokai’s ex-wife and have crush on phi. Her personality is like some usual spoiled rich girl from any other dramas, but not a bad one and somehow actually independent. she’s living her life fully, minding her own career and love. Her character is actually kinda cute for me? 😂

I think she’s more like in neutral side since she helps phrae with some conditions & agreement, and i think it’s more likely because her ex-husband was asking her to help phrae, also she keeps it low and tried to stay away from the conflict with prang too.

Is that from the novel?

But there are others who don’t mind and love this work so you definitely have to let them see objectively too, so that it won’t be a hate speech 😄 some fans will definitely feel offended and slandered by this kind of opinion, so next time you definitely should mention the other positive things too for them to see that even if it’s not in your preferences, you’re still appreciate the author and other aspects

I think if you want to speak up about your preferences and opinion, then don’t forget the critics as a partly objective information. And critics aren’t about negative things, but appreaciation. It’s not perfect but you’re still appreaciate it :)

Cliche stories? It’s happening in the reality :)

It’s obvious that there’d be some similarities, but not exactly all things. Like What’s Wrong With Secretary Kim is not the first office romance drama, if you’re talking about cliche and other things than you can find it in Chinese or Taiwanese plots which have office romance stories with comedy. If you’re talking about cliches, then Secretary Kim is also something cliche :)

And you know what it’s not about the cliche, but the charm. Most of fictional works are charming in a different way even if it’s subjective.

I personally think that it’s not that bad, but not super great either. In my opinion, it’s pretty heart warming. Actually they really finished the story about the class K, but not the story of the main leads 😂 you can say it’s unfinished or an open ending? Because no one knows what happen between the main leads. But I’m happy for the second leads because they’re the one who end up having a proper relationship 😂

Slow pace.. romance is definitely not main thing in the story. They’re not dating even until the last episode LOL.. but I think it’s only the drama. Idk about the novel tho.

There are some points that made it sounds the same as “don’t try to interrupt my studies” (let me shorthened it to dttims — the title is too long 🤣)

but it’s actually different because there’s no time travelling and the ml is not a sport guy. And actually the fl is not as crazy as the fl in dttims. But both of them have their own goals for future studies. Also, in this story, the girl got the worst class in her last year of highschool, while from what I remember, in dttims, the girl failed since her first year, right?
