Absolutely enjoyable
I really enjoyed this one! Now, to break it down:
The plot was okay. I found it a little boring, like it didn't move that much, but the other elements more than made up for it. And also, I got the feeling that, for this show, the destination isn't what's important, it's the journey.
The comedy was absolutely on point. I laughed so many times while watching this, so thank you, show, for providing me with so many lighthearted moments!
The actors did so well. I've watched Zhao Lusi before (in fact, she's actually the reason why I watched this show), and she did a marvelous job as always. It was my first time watching Ding Yu Xi, but he did a great job as well. His expressions were just 😂
I didn't really like the OST, but that's just my personal preference of not enjoyed ancient China music.
