You Were Good, But I’m Waiting For You To Be Better
Honestly, it was great. The premise was solid, and I really enjoyed the shaman dynamic. But I have to say, the story kind of fell off. At first, I thought it was going to be this forbidden love kind of thing, but it ended up feeling… messy?The “love at first sight” trope really annoyed me because I don’t buy into it. The “I have to save him” dynamic wasn’t great either, but the chemistry between them did make me warm up to it a little.
But then, the story fell flat, and by the end, I could barely follow what was happening. It left a bit of a sour aftertaste…
What I’m basically saying is: You were good, but I’m waiting for you to be better. 🤷🏿♀️
