Apparently nobody has subbed it, like the other Love Songs Love Series parts

At the moment there's none, but only 1 episode came out so we'll have to wait and see

Basically, the day Tonmai was born his sister Thannam (who was 17 at that time) killed herself. On day of Tonmai's 17th birthday, his parents let him stay in Thannam's bedroom as a gift. He then realizes he can see Thannam, who's now a ghost, and communicate with her. He asks her why she still hasn't reincarnated, and she answers it's because she can't remember why she killed herself. So he decides to help her.
In the meantime, Tee (Thannam's ex-boyfriend) is a famous actor, but he still can't forget Thannam, so he drinks everyday to ease the pain.
