I was not a fan of the Female Leads character. She didn't need to be combative 95% of the time. It became annoying. It also detracted from the times when she was affectionate. Her character also didn't show any growth, but the Male Leads character did. He finally realized how his brutal cuts for an acquisition hurt people after doing it to her.
