Just a spoiler (I heard from the novel readers): The past JJ (Klao) actually was under the influence (basically had opium, a drug in their time) making him have hallucinations. That's why you hear them asking if opium was found around him. I'm not very sure but hope it helps 😄

I think that's what Klao is sent back for. Basically as the fortune teller says that you have to fulfill the promise you once made. Thus, he has travelled back to fulfill his promise of love and avenge his father's unruly and untimely death.
Now I'm really curious what Klao has done in this market that everyone either fears him, avoids him, or is shocked…
I don't think it's related to the time travel. Nakhun took literature as his major. So, I think as English literature has a lot of stories about time travel, thus they may have a lesson about it.
As for the visions, I think we have to wait and see how each vision connects to the others and the entire story finally would make sense.

If you see the drama episode too, before present day Nakhun (Klao) was almost hit by the truck, he sees a figure very similar to present day Phop and that intrigues him to remember something but the truck was about to him before he could recall anything.
and also, if you read the cast, Net is mentioned as Phop (present day Tinnaphop) and JJ is mentioned Klao (present day Nakhun)

Currently Rome doubts him, (it's shown that Raffy used the phone, but not confirmed by anyone that it's Raffy's fake account). So, Rome is mad about the stuff as Raffy used him to get dirt on Dean.
