Bro I was so ecstatic for the rest of the episodes to come out but reading the comments made me realize how sad…
it also seems no one is mentioning the side plot about his brother...he starts to talk about his younger brother in episode one and then stops talking about him.. could the tragedy actually be about his brother ? where is he... no signs or mentions about him.. maybe he is going to therapy about him.
A possibility I've considered is that the bitter ex-gf will sabotage Jihyun by doing something like cutting at…

Just watched over the opening scene in episode one that shows them on the sand sitting together in one shot and in the next shot he is alone. this is gonna break my mental !! the signs are all there. IT'S HAPPENING.. they not even being subtle about it :( :(
8.6 yesterday, 8.1 now. Funny how this always happens to BLs on this site.Semantic Error's rating breakdown is…
please highlight that it's mostly the KOREAN BL's ... this doesn't happen to gmmtv thai BL's. they are like 8.4 to 8.6 still that were released this year

there is also a scene in the trailer where he runs into a classroom looking upset and punches his friend... clearly he must have done something to Jihyun. the most haunting thing to me is that he was speaking in the past tense in the trailer. the emotion ''we felt'' I remember every moment we spent together''
I'm sorry but those first two episodes WERE CINEMA ! breathtaking cinematography and gave me a bit of skam vibes.. definitely lgbtq esque and I'm living for it.
I wish the show had highlighted how close Kiew was to Bamee's father in the first episode... cause it would have made it a lot more impactful.. I think the plot of him falling for his friend's son is actually quite refreshing but I don't feel the connection Kiew had to Bamee's father cause they never highlighted it.. cause he clearly was very close if he named his son after him.
yoo the tension between both the leads is so strong. doesn't feel like a bl at all. just the raw and smooth script…
I think that series like this that is very much lgbtq is much more easily marketed to western audiences because they can connect to it a lot more people globally than the nicheness of BL plots/acting can come off a bit cringe and odd to western audiences.
I will say. the chemistry... the plot etc was stunning. I don't need kissing in BL's if it doesn't make sense.. but I'm sorry these are horned up teenagers and if you want me to believe they don't want to kiss... I'm sorry that's not believable. so for that I'll give it a 9/10. but I was very happy with this show.
k-bl definitely isnβt as popular as thai bl (especially gmmtv series that are widely watched and very accessible).…
yes because you can't compare BL fans to non BL fans... those rating kdramas are general audience people while those rating chinese BL and thai bls and kbl's are rabid fans who spam like or spam dislike based on their preference.. those who watch regular dramas won't be into those pratices.
Yes.... Most of the fans prefer to watch Thai BL over K-BL or C-BL. Specially, they hate Chinese censorship π π π
the lack of fanservice in KBL in my opinion is what will make it crossover and transcend easier to the western world which is why so many K Dramas are now popping up on netflix.. the fan servicey stuff in thai BL comes off as cringey to western viewers.
I'm convinced there are more Thai BL fans on here than KBL fans because no way could masterpieces like this and our dating sim only fluctuating between 8.0 and 7.9 and every random gmmtv BL this year getting 8.3 to 8.4 / it makes no sense
