It was really good I just must have missed something at the end. What did she do/what happened to make all the…
Just watched it too and it seemed like she used her dream powers somehow but they don't really explain it. All they say is that she can infiltrate dreams and the spiritual world to defeat the gifted. She just yells at him to "cut them" and all of a sudden he can cut the bugs out of the infected without harming them.

Review Cheer Up Spoiler
I think you misidentified some people. The teammate is Jin Sunho and the ex is Jae Hyeok. Sunho is the SML not Jae Hyeok. I agree with a lot of what you said like the police scene and the ex slapping scene, but I disagree about the FL and her ex and SML. Her ex is her ex bc he couldn't handle that she had to work all the time and that she talked about it a lot but that was her reality. She was the responsible one in her family and had to support her family. I don't agree with what she did at the police station but the sad reality was that if she didn't try to show that her brother was sorry/would be punished, she would have to pay thousands of dollars in settlement money that she didn't have. They only got out of it bc the SML used his influence as a rich kid to get the other side to drop charges. Dating her ex was the only fun she allowed herself and her ex wasn't even willing to introduce her to his parents bc he knew they wouldn't approve so she decided to value herself more than that and break up with him. The rest of the stuff you said about "Jae Hyeok" I assume is about Sunho bc he's the SML and I don't get why she should be considerate of his feelings. She has said since the day she met him that she isn't interested in him. She repeatedly rejects him and he repeatedly ignores it. At one point he even kisses her when she is way too drunk to consent to anything. Whether you think the captain should be with her or not, when he sees her with Sunho he stays away and respects her privacy while Sunho goes out of his way to interfere when he sees her with the captain. I think Sunho only became decent in recent episodes when he decided to back off bc he saw that she was happy with the captain. But even then he ignores her feelings for a long time in favor of his own before finally kind of accepting her feelings. Since you wrote this as of episode 7 I'm curious to see if your thoughts have changed.
