Title It's Okay to Not Be Okay Spoiler
One more thing, am I the only one who cannot accept what happened with the mother? I know it is a drama but no matter how many years pass and how many plastic surgeries she got, how the hell did her husband and daughter not recognize her at all? There is so many other ways you can recognize a person, their voice, their behavior, the way they talk or walk, their silhouette, but they just chose to go for the ps route? That's ridiculous.

Although I might not disagree with your other points because it is your own opinion, but you say Oh Jung Se's…
Of course Kim Soohyun and Seo Yeji's performances were great too, I even cried with KSH in some scenes, it's just that their characters were not the most challenging ever but more like they did great as expected. On the other hand, Oh Jung Se's acting exceeded my expectations and left a great impression on me.
I didn't mention it but the title was a total clickbait, it didn't refer to Oh Jung Se but to Seo Yeji's character. The Korean title refers to her as a Psycho but in the drama they don't really talk about her mental health at all, they only mention it once and that's it. Oh Jung Se was not supposed to be the highlight but more like he stole the show. Yes he's a main character, but let's be honest he's not even featured in the poster, the title refers to the female MC and I'm sure everyone started watching because of the main couple. IMO it felt like two different dramas, OJS's character had a lot of depth, his story and dialogue were great but on the other hand the main couple's characters were extremely shallow.

The only good thing about this drama is Oh Jung Se. The character, his acting and his dialogue were great. The drama lacked many things imo and only Oh Jung Se's performance saved it for me. I found myself skipping or fast forwarding the main couple moments a lot, they lacked depth and the drama turned out to be the typical rom com at the end which was very disappointing.
