I don't remember all the events of this drama because I have watched it a long time ago but it is probably because if the king reveals the truth and clears Court Lady Han's name it would mean that a lot of people will be punished and that would leave the people close to the queen only in power.
this would also mean that his heir will be in danger (probably not the current queen's son).

ikr, maybe they don't know what to do next so they decided to start the drama from the beginning lol.

i really want to see a sequel set in the present as well, it has always been one of the plots i wanted to see in a drama a plot were one of the main leads, say the female lead goes to the past and in the sequel the male lead would go to the future so both would experience the other's time, i don't know if this kind of drama actually exists, but it has always been one of the plots i wanted to see.

sadly i don't think there will be a season two because this show has low ratings, but lets keep wishing anyway.

There is a big difference between watching a drama for the story and watching a drama because an actor/actress is hot, you are obviously watching this drama just because JCW is hot and don't even care about the story (which in your own words is "totally Bond/Bourne stuff which really doesn't bear much scrutiny"), which in my opinion is wrong, the story is EVERYTHING in a drama because if a the story changes the entire drama will change but on the other hand you could change an actor without changing the drama, personally i don't care about who the actors/actresses of a drama are, i will watch any drama as long as the drama has an interesting plot.

So in your own words those "ridiculous hate-filled comments from people" are neither ridiculous nor hate-filled, these people are saying there opinions about the story of this drama which is really disappointing.

Personally i have nothing against JCW, i love his acting both here and in healer, i am just saying that this drama could have been done much better.

I am very disappointed in this drama, after watching episode 10 i am now fully convinced that everyone who works in JSS is an idiot (including Yoo Jin and Je Ha), they are going to try and kill an assemblyman (who is also a presidential candidate) with only a few hours of planing (at best), using people who are wearing JSS equipment (which i find really stupid, every attack in the drama so far on assemblyman Jang, Yoo Jin or Anna has been done by people in disguise) and at the worst possible time (right after assemblyman Jang get arrested, which would get people to suspect him of having a hand in the murder).

I am 99% sure that assemblyman Park will not even get hurt (come on, it is still episode 11, it would have been a little more believable if it was episode 14 or 15),

for some reason the director of this drama thinks that by ending episodes with endings like the one in episode 10 he would get people excited about the next episode, yet every time it ends up being something stupid (for example, the endings of both episode 2 and 3 are very similar to this one).

also, the security guards in this drama are a joke, the security guards seem to only be able to take only one or two punches and then get knocked out for the rest of the action scene, which ends up making the action scenes look really stupid.

I am now officially on assemblyman's Park's side, he may be evil but at least he is smart.

I didn't say her father wanted to kill her, i said he killed her mother (probably to gain power somehow), Yoo Jin stopped the ambulance because it would have caused a lot of problems if people knew about her (the biggest problem would probably be that she would become a target for the people who don't want her father to become president, which will probably happen in future episodes (i am sure she will get kidnapped at some point and k2 will save her)).

I have a feeling that the one who killed Anna's mother was her father and Yoo Jin sent her to spain to protect her.

I think that Queen Munjeong did not get rid of the king (King Junjong, Ok Nyeo's father, because the current king would have been too young to rule at that time) but got rid of the crown prince at that time (the current king's half brother, born from Queen Jungjyeon with King Junjong), she was plotting to get rid of Queen Jungjyeon's son so that he doesn't become king and so her son (the current king) could become the king instead.

I thought he was her uncle until i read this comment on another site, "The king(King Junjong) that had slept with Gabi i.e. Ok Nyeo's mother is the current king's father (King Myungjong with Queen Munjeong). His brother (born from Queen Jungjyeon with King Junjong) at the time was the crown prince (the reminisce part by Gabi and Court Lady Han) at that time. Only King Junjong will give THAT hairpin to women he slept with. So Ok Nyeo is King Myungjong sister with a different mother for real".

if SBS doesn't air then the international version probably will not air because if the international version airs more episode than SBS then everyone will watch the international version and the SBS version will have no views.

it is too early to tell but i don't think this drama is going to get any higher because:

1. the cast of this drama are not very popular here in MDL.
2. in general the story of this drama is not original (only the part about the shopping is).
3. out of the 1840 people who are currently watching, the 46 who put this drama on hold and the 27 people who have dropped this drama only 390 have given the drama a score (this number will of course increase as the drama progresses, but i don't think it will effect the score very much)
4. the drama is not very popular compared to other dramas that are currently airing.

for me, i will give this drama my final score sometime within the next 5 episodes, because that is when the drama will either be really good or will start dragging .

me too, but if they do give him back his memories next episode they would have 10 more episodes to go, so i hope they have enough story to cover the rest of the drama (which in my opinion would be hard because once he gets his memories back the rest of the events should not take more than 2 episodes without dragging and 4 - 6 episodes if they decide to drag, if he gets his memories back with 10 more episodes to go it would be too boring).

this drama is good so far, but i want to say 2 things about the story

1. I think that the endings of both episode 2 and episode 3 were really stupid, i think we all knew that he wouldn't shoot (or else this drama would end a lot earlier).
2. i really hope that there will be some kind of story in the next part of the drama and it will not be just Je Ha fighting and saving someone every couple of episodes, the fighting scenes are good but if the next 12 episodes are just the presidential candidates fighting over the position it will be boring.

anyway, now that Je Ha is protecting Anna i am looking forward to see the relationship that will develop between the two.

i have a feeling we will be adding the secretary from K2 to the list of evil secretary soon.

i really don't like how Ok Nyeo has to be saved every few episodes when she is supposed to be a very good martial artist like they kept saying in the beginning.

i have to disagree with you.
1) the king doesn't reveal who he is because most people would treat him differently if they knew he was the king.
2) he never placed her in danger intentionally.
3) there is nothing wrong with giving each other information and power when you are on the same side, he is also helping her in return.
4) Tae Won also saves her a lot because he can come and go as he please, on the other hand the king can not do much without helping discover who she is and that they are helping each other.

anyway now that we know that the king is her half brother it means that they will probably not end up together.

i have not started to watch this yet but i just noticed that Wang So is the same Wang So who was in shine or go crazy (the same historical character).
