Xu Feng is really the GOD OF WAR for a reason. Run Yu can just throw some punches in the final battle because of one of Run Yu's cheat code, Xu Feng is silently suffering after his revival from the countercharge and was attacked strongly by that countercharge as it got worse, (in short the elixir is killing him slowly but potently deadly) in the middle of his battle with Run Yu.

Run Yu is envious of his achievements and power. Run Yu literally said after Xu Feng died in Episode 46 that as long as Xu Feng is there and exists with him, he will not be the strongest one.

It's okay for me if the FL did not start the romance at ML at that age (14 years old) . I know it's different now but it's not my preference to watch minors in topic with romances.
