In my opinion the kmedia is the biggest culprit in blowing this thing out of proportion.

It is mostly is in context of this case I think. But I still think the agency to follow through with the abortion was in her own hands. I've been gaslit by my ex as well so I know exactly how manipulative and toxic that kind of relationship can be. Knowing and experiencing that I still believe that the so called victim is pretty manipulative herself. From the looks of evetything that unfolded so far this was toxic relationship which ended in a bad breakup. But does a bad breakup deserve loss of career?

And no im not a fan with blinders on. Maybe he is in the wrong. Everyone has to bear consequences of their actions. A grown woman of 37 yrs had full agency of her own. Do not take away blame from a person who chose to treat their fetus as a trade off for marriage. This was a targeted attack to destroy a career, no one can convince me otherwise. Say he actually agreed to marry her and then they had the kid. Would the knetz have let the matter go? It would have been a scandal nonetheless. Remember Chen from Exo he is still being dragged for having a family even a year later from his scandal.

This is hypocrisy at its finest. If the knetz and the korean public in general are so proud of their dramas and their achievement in becoming global sensation they need to understand that the international audience arent just mindless consumers of their entertainment and will have opinions on how the casting and such is carried out. Carrying out witch hunt on a celebrity just because of a bad breakup is too much considering the decade and more of hardwork he put in to get where he is. One mistake doesnot define a person. And based on an anonymous rant without evidence is even more wrong. Especially when the truth of the matter is irrelevant and just the allegations is enough to bring a career to its knees. Korean public should learn something from their own healing dramas. They shouldnt be talking about acceptance in dramas when they are basically living in the 19th century and are so close minded.
