There are actually 2 novels within the novel (or 2 novels within the drama in this case) so it's complicated to explain. Ma Chunchun (the 2FL to those of us reading/watching) transmigrated into a straightforward palace intrigue novel & teams up with Xia Houpo to take down the novel's evil FL & ML (Yu Wanyin & Xia Houdan), & the pair of them live happily ever after etc etc. Wang Cuihua & Zhang San (the FL & ML to us) transmigrated into the transmigration novel telling *that* story. So they're basically in 2 different books with different genre tags.

The only one coming off as new here is you. They're very clearly expressing excitement, which is normal for MDL comments on pages for upcoming dramas (hell, it's downright restrained compared to some comments I've seen). You can't seriously believe an excited comment will somehow force the drama to release early, so why are you pressed about this?
