What is the problem with doing two parts tho?
There's no problem with doing two parts. The issue that Kwanto is trying to explain is that if you divide a drama into two parts to get around the 40 episode limit, but then screen them back-to-back, then you're essentially ignoring the limit, so you need to break it up. Saying 'Noooo that was part 1 & this is part 2, honest!' is pointless. But if you show part 1 of a drama, then show a different drama, then part 2 of the first drama, that gets around it.
