I recommend to read the book as well. after doing that myself, the series made sense. With most Thai yt dramas... even if you read the book, the series writers will still change stuff. Which I really like. It doesn't ruin the series at all and you don't have to read the book to understand. However sometimes it can help in understanding the premise of what the actual series is gonna be about more than just a little blurb you get.
