Like I never resonated so much with how a character responds to another character in dramas. 😂 Hoping Buxiu will keep that same energy and end up spilling the beans soon as well cause we really don’t have time and patience left for any more misunderstandings. 🥲
I wonder if Tencent is going to sell LLTG merch since I've seen some that they've sold for WRTW and ADOS. I also saw some LLTG merch for the novel itself on twitter but I don't think they sell those internationally? And if you've watched the livestream they did for the express episodes they mentioned in the beginning that they were selling the duck Consort Yue brought in place of the Emperor. Lol.

They surprisingly have done a good job fleshing the story out so far, but it just seems like there’s a lot of build up for the ending from the spoilers I’ve read about the book. Debating if I want to to try MTL the novel since idk Chinese but people have said the author writes really eloquently so I feel like the MTL won’t make any sense more so than usual.
With all the spoilers I read on here about the book I’m kinda scared the last few episodes are gonna be rushed. Especially from watching the previews for next week’s episodes. But I will trust the director and production to flesh out ending since I feel like they’ve fleshed out the story in a timely manner so far. 🤔
Sooooo, this is random/late but it’s not just me who would have loved to see LBY taking care of a drunk SS in ep 27 right?? From how her maid was describing it it would have have been hilarious and a bit heartwarming to see.
And the fight scenes in a today’s episodes were pretty cool. LBY swinging on that chain was nicely shot and executed. It was also really nice to SS being vulnerable and dependent on LBY as well. From the comments it seems people are seeing SS as being unreasonable(?),but it’s understandable for SS acting like that with her family’s situation and all. Poor Ah Fei though; getting punished when what he said this time helped remind SS how worried and anxious LBY was for her.
