Just finished this. I have to say I liked the drama but hated the character of Zhang Xiao Yu.(Wu Jin Yan) Brash, rude, overconfident, bratty .... and can I say stupid ? There were no progress or improvement of her character for the entire runtime. Irritating from start to finish. Not sure if it's just me.

Lin Rui (Yin Tao) on the other hand was a treat to watch. This is her first work I have watched and I wonder how she went under my radar for so long. If you have suggestion of her works please do let me know.

Edit: I am starting on "Viva Femina" after this just for Yin Tao after watching this.

Honestly speaking.... I am disappointed ... Felt less like a drama and more like a heavy handed propaganda piece.

Ahhh... Now I can relate to the scene. Honestly speaking although the opinion on this drama has been very polarizing from the audience regarding the Romance, I personally really enjoyed the slow burn and gradual acceptance of emotions without any overdramatic scene.

Not just you I believe. Weirdly enough the short clips has pretty good subs but not the full episodes.
