These days most films will have multiple posters, including some minimal ones and those usually look the best…
I did not know about this trend with listing of cast according to billing in poster. You learn something new everyday huh??? Thank you for sharing that information.

Their poster were really aesthetically pleasing and interesting especially the historical drama. It can be a cover…
You know what, you reminded me of a trend in India where new edition of a book which have a movie adaptation, used to have a cover image from the movie. Most of the time they were as ugly and unimaginative as it can get.

I love your article. It's unique and artistic. Unfortunately movie (and drama) marketers tend to release main…
Thank you so much Cho Na. I do agree with you that bulk of the posters are designed to attract the masses. And masses are mostly driven by the "Stars". I personally though would rather give a movie with a decent poster a chance over a poster with star studded cast. Because that tells me that the makers of the movie cared enough about their own creation to put in that much effort and time over a poster.
Regarding the posters of Drama, I have rarely seen intriguing posters for them. There can be multiple reason for that though and all of them are valid.
They are produced for small screen so probably cutting down the cost is a factor.
Production time for dramas are shorter compared to movies. So investing time on poster design probably does not look efficient for the producers.
I do have seen very few drama posters which I liked but they are very few to consider an article about. I will keep looking though. And once I have enough in my repository, I don't see why not.

Enjoyed reading this post and checking out the linked songs. I don't watch much modern Chinese or Taiwanese dramas…
I am glad that you liked it. It makes it worthwhile to pick up the Pen (or keyboard in this case!!!).
After reading all the responses for this list, it seems you are not the only one.. So either my music taste is is not popular (Non Pop lover right here) or I have seen some really obscure dramas.. lolz :D

I loved the "Lost Romance" soundtrack for some great pop-ballads, especially Marcus Chang "Lose To You" (https://open.spotify.com/playlist/4llOrEvDduNifZOaPI4gPe?si=Rc-jLUJPQOK4DDl6JGyr-Q).Also,…
The few Shi Shi songs that I have heard, they all have this certain quality to them which makes them haunting. But then again I have not heard much. This one is great though. Thank you for the suggestions. :)

I have checked out the songs you mentioned. Loved Wheat field, Love Light. Don't Panic is also nice. And I do get what you meant by Cranberries vibe. 100% agreed. Thanks for the suggestions. I really appreciate it. :)
