The problem is that everyone rushes into marriage without getting to know their respective partners well. Did Sanli know that Yiding had such a violent temper? What was Erqiang thinking when he promised to marry that moody lady? Did they both know about each other past?
Also, Simei was asking for trouble when she based her marriage decision based on looks. The sad thing is no one warned Simei. Where is Yicheng when he should be the bigger brother to advise Simei? What's wrong with dating for a while? Why did she have to rush into marriage? At least let the soldier boy confess his feelings first before entering into marriage. Did the soldier really love her? Did he even show any signs of affection before marriage? If he has trouble showing emotions, why is he laughing with that vixen in the taxi?

Oh no! This breaks my heart! Yiding was and is my favorite male character. He's the most romantic guy in the drama. Do you notice that guys (except for Yiding ) are not really romantic? The soldier boy can't string a sentence together, lest express himself. QiQi only lets his wife take advantage of him; he can't express himself. I am saddened when guys don't woo their ladies and leave all the work to the women. This isn't attractive at all!

Not sure what to think of QiQi's decision to stay with the in-laws after the divorce. Is this a good idea? What happens if he dates again? Will the in-laws see this as betrayal? QiQi should give Jiamin (the cousin) the baby to raise for him. Jiamin and wife look like they like they genuinely care for the baby.
I love Yicheng's reporter friend! He is such a solid guy! He cares for Yicheng more than Yicheng's ex-wife. Hope he gets paired up with someone soon.
Good riddance Xiaomo (Erqiang's ex) is out of the picture! Her moodiness and hypocritical ways get on my nerves!!!

My feeling is that YiCheng's wife will become unfaithful to him in the US. Erqiang should take a break from women; he seems to be jumping into another relationship before getting over his master. He is better off single than to be trapped by all these useless women.
Despite the frustrations of the show, the spineless men, and the evil/trashy women, there are some "wow" romantic moments. I just watched EP 20, I really like how Erqiang walked his wife back from work at night despite how unappreciative she was. If some handsome guy comes to walk me home from work at night, I would faint... with pleasure! And when Yiding rubbed olive oil on his wife, that is just so sweet..... if it were me, I would die in heaven!

I think she is having an affair. She's another character I don't like; she's so moody and she doesn't seem to have any commonality with the second brother. The brothers all have bad taste in women!
