Ok so I'm watching this drama cause someone recommended it on Sprout site and... that cute warm feeling I've got from Sprout is nowhere in Kingyo Club!!! Drama is great, I'm hooked don't get me wrong, but I hate school bullies. I was so frustrated every time those guys appeared on screen. I cannot image someone so young can be so cruel... And trashy mummy- OMG .... this girl has such a miserable life :(

I loved King 2 hearts story, I was truly impressed in Ha Ji Won acting skills with North Korean speaking style - at first I was like "what the hell?! She's talking funny!" ;) but that was great way to show that although they both are Koreans they have a looong way up a head to make a connection work. But back to Gaksital, no doubt you noticed in resistance movement all members calls themselves "comrade"- a lot NK style. I think writers did not need to hold back cause this history is shared by SK and NK and Japan is the only villain. Come to think of that dramas usually shown that SK and NK need to become one nation and they issues can be resolved with a little effort. Mine fav example Secret Reunion!

I feel the same way! These two dramas kept me on mine toes the whole time! :D

I've watched couple dramas with south-north korean issues. And it's true they always try to make it pleasant for the other site. Their relation is so fragile. I loved KIng 2 hearts - that was the first drama that really showed me how fragile that connection really is. Did you watched?

I understand what you mean, the minor thought that really happened makes me sick to mine stomach as well. Even if the movie is cruel we say - so what it's just a stupid movie, it's fiction. But not in this particular example. What makes this story so divine that it's based on real history when Korea was under Japan rule, and what writers did to that is a masterpiece. After watching single episode I'm always deeply touched and moved. I cannot think strait it's so overwhelming.

I agree, that interrogation room and the nail cage - the first time I saw that I got chills down mine spine O.o I'm sure Japanese was a lot worse, that's good they are showing us just a little bit of that... I think I wound not manage to take more :(

Yeah I feel the same way. Rie started to defend Kang To that was impressive, when Shunji confronted her she covered up for Kang To but unfortunately she also gave him idea how to reviled Bridal Mask identity. When I saw Shunji face expression I felt that till the last moment he hoped that it wouldn't be his best friend.

So have fun in drama world :D well about the taste, we have some major differences on ours drama-lists ;) so I think I cannot recommend anything to you, to bad :(

I think the writers came to the conclusion that girl can be under cover for much longer then boy, for example hana kimi xD

Is it just me or instrumental soundtrack is very similar to "Pirates of The Caribbean"? ;)
