What other Chinese does Lin Wei Zhen speak in this drama? Mandarin and what else is that? She calls her mom Abu..…
I'm not watching the show but from the looks of it, you're referring to Taiwanese Hokkien.

That little boy Qi Yi reminds me of Qi Yi from Just You...
His name is Xiaoyi (曉翼), which happens to sound like Qi Yi's nickname (小翼). :) I personally think that Aaron's current drama is terrible, so I'd much rather fantasize that Qi Yi's been reincarnated into Xiaoyi here, haha. ^^

I'm stuck at episode 3. I can't, for the life of me, continue watching. Does it get better?
Are you talking about Renwei? You're going to love him in the coming episodes, trust me.

Title Just You
please tell me i wasn't the only one who was thinking at end of ep 6 OMG its just a fish you dont need to be that…
That's what I thought at first, but after thinking it over, what makes the death of a goldfish any less depressing than the death of a dog or a "bigger" pet? It's still worth the amount of love you pour into it...

I love you for writing this article. It brought back all the good vibes this drama gave me in early 2012. <3
Skip Beat is one of my favorite Taiwanese dramas, and that's saying a lot considering the few favorites I have of dramas in general. I haven't read the manga nor watched the anime, but even so, I feel like the drama stands well on its own. All of the characters were wonderful, while Ivy Chen did a hell of a good job at rocking her role and carrying the show.
