overrated

nah the rumors make no sense at all. i mean who wraps up an original series with a happy ending and then kills off a main character in a special episode? i'm all for sad endings but not like this. that would be nonsense if it's actually true. i feel like they're just messing with us.

it was fine until the girlfriend popped in and then it just turned into a snoozefest

this show is a prime example of starting off in an absurd way, reaching the top and then crashing down hard. they sped through the feud between joke and jack without giving us any real moments together, and now they’re pushing this whole forced marriage with a woman plot? it’s like they forgot we’re not in the 2010s anymore. i'm not sure if the upcoming episodes will be any better but the last two really fell flat for me.

i can't wait!

i binge watched this series today and after the last episode i was left wanting more, then just a few hours later they announced a second season??? i guess i'm luckier than i thought lol

i wrote a lot of paragraphs but ended up deleting all of them because i just can't put into words how much i hate history4. every time i thought it couldn’t get any worse another bullshit came out of nowhere. romanticizing rape? romanticizing rape between step brothers who grew up together? terrible parenting and friendship? the whole it's-not-abuse-if-a-man-touches-another-man crap? those grown ass annoying fujoshis? bi erasure? to put it simply, i think it's definitely the worst show in the history franchise.

"sometimes if the perpetrator shows remorse or growth, acknowledges their fault it can be redeemable." uhm.. no? a big no. a rapist is still a rapist. rape is inexcusable no matter what. just because they show remorse or claims to have changed doesn't mean they deserve forgiveness. they should just go and burn in hell.

okay i checked out the comments and thought it's just another trashy bl which was disappointing since i had been looking forward to it for ages.. but i actually ended up enjoying it? i mean yes the first episode felt a bit all over the place but the second one was so much better and i think it's shaping up nicely so far. i can tell the whole cast put in a lot of effort and the actors really nailed their roles. i just hope the action stays strong and the comedy doesn't overshadow it too much as the episodes go on because i'm super excited for what's next!

not so bad when you watch it on 2x

no i don't trust gmmtv at all especially after what they did to this adaptation, even though i still think there's a lot to discover about msp. i'm just saying it would make more sense for them to make a second season instead of adding too many msp references to mlmu irrelevantly

msp has a lot of potential but as a company they're always incapable of listening to their audience and making good decisions so

if you want to milk msp so much gmmtv then give us a second season with better production where we can see our precious tinngun instead of trying to turn this bromance series into msp 2.0 which is so far from it

the original movie had a wonderful bittersweet ending and i can't believe this series ruined all that magic for the sake of a forced happy ending
