it's probably karn bc In predicted danger by "the tower" card and karn is the one who owns that card on the concept picture. plus notice how the first thing karn did was to call thap so that the wife can be taken care of, making thap the wife's doctor in charge so when something goes wrong, thap will be blamed. also, the appearance description fits karn better and he's literally thaps med school friend.

"the tower" card bringing danger for thap and wbk who the tower is, it's definitely karn who's probably trying to kill thap, also not karn pulling akk (if he's the one who dropped the pipe thing on thap) first's aura was so intense within those few seconds of screen time cannot wait to see what chaos he brings, he's gonna eat this character so bad my man's gonna make ppl mad and we love that 😭
