Watched this after Goodbye, My Princess shattered my heart to pieces. It's a really fluffy light drama. For those of you that wants a good laugh, I highly recommend it. It has some sad/heavy parts, but I promise you... your heart will be able to take it. I also enjoyed watching all the characters--except for the antagonist (which makes her a really effective actress).
It is heartbreaking how they butchered a series with a great start and top notch cast. Everything just went downhill after the River of forgetfulness/oblivion (whatever you call it) part--from the cinematography, plot, character development. Such a shame. :(
I have mixed feelings about this series. It is indeed heartwarming, but there's something lacking... I can't pinpoint what. Maybe it's because of those abrupt, uncoordinated transitions that disrupts the flow and emotions. They skip to another scene before I could fully immerse on the scenario. Also, I agree that the ending is a bit underwhelming. Anyhow, still a good series.
