I am finding this drama to be suspenseful. I keep fearing for the leads that they will not be successful or, worse,…
I agree! I *think* she does love him, but she wants him to find his full potential as well. I think they will end up together in Jeju. Or we get a time lapse and they reunite in some years and then hit it off.
So people complained about the romance at the start and are now annoyed with how it is going. Look, this drama is one of the few highschool dramas that has kept me sweating one week to the next. It is wondeful. Rather than the romance or romantic twist between the leads, it paints math in a very romantic way, and that in itself is a great feat! Can't wait for the final episodes ππ
to be honest, the talk of cancellation and what not doesn't really go anywhere. In the history of Kdramas, how…
True, not many dramas have gotten cancelled, but I meant "cancelled year". By that I mean where something or someone that can be seen as controversial gets "cancelled" when we (the general public) still does not have the whole picture and all of the facts behind whatever is going on. I don't mind it being based on Chinese media, as long as the script and cinematography have consistency and is presented properly (and i don't mean historically accurate by this). ππ
As an international fan of kdrama, I have no real connection to Korean politics and do not want to get involved. However, before the year of cancelling this and that ends, can viewers just wait it out. I am sure that the production team do not want to distort history -- even though this is a creative and fictional piece of work, we have no right to cancel it before even half of it has aired. And no I am not a die hard blink or what not, I just want to see what the creators have come up with before I start judging this and dropping that. Many dramas with political backgrounds have taken place, many dramas or films in the west do it too! This is creative work from someone's perspective, just because you think differently does not mean you have to trash someone else's work or thoughts (however different or controversial they may be). We are living in the 21st cent.for crying out loud!
I get so pissed that that doctor wife killer dude has the audacity to club his wife to death, spike water bottles…
The young girl is likeable and the only other 2 persons that i realllly like are the wife of the lawyer and the writer (even though she let her bro in)
I am lovinggggg this drama! However, with 2eps left...I am a bit worried. This director's style is leaving the dramas openended or with a cliffhanger. It reallllly makes you thnk and rack your brain, but in this case, I wish we could get a proper ending π. Wish it was a bit more hyped! It is sooo good!!
Ok but this show EASILY and EXTREMELY well deservingly passes as the BEST kdrama of 2021 and when I say best,…
I knowwww right?! It is sooooo underhyped atm. Never wanted so many characters killed off this much in any drama I've seen. But watching it also makes you try to understand each situation of each character, and why they do what they do. Almost all are horrible with the exception of a few (ML & FL, the girl, the wife of the attorney, the writer, the grandma, and borderline the other policeman and grandpa and the salesgirl on the roof... the vlogger was ok in these last two eps as well-- all others are just horrible).
I never appreciated math, only had 1 proper teacher who was patient enough to teach me well enough to go thorugh school and that's it. This drama portrays math in such a romatic way, that it almost makes me wish I had these two teachers guiding me back when I was in middle school! π₯°
P.s. I am a nice and loving person, the acting and the plot are THAT good to evoke such emotions from me π .
