I know T-T the two buddies already died and so I took a break after ep 3 :( They were really good friends D: I think I will resume watching tomorrow~ At least we have Chishiya still RIGHT??? Surely he'll live? If he dies I will not be happy, but I guess I didn't sign up for a happy/friendship driven series lol
Honestly, I found this series was really meaningful. Imo everything was pretty realistic. I think the portrayal of Teh's confusion towards his sexuality was really well presented. He knew he wanted to be close to Oh-Aew but he didn't think he could have feelings for a man and found it hard to come to terms with the fact that he did indeed like him as more than a friend. Not to mention, I cried so many times even though its very rare for me to cry in a series. Everything was really beautiful and well presented! I will certainly be rewatching!
It could just be my small brain but this was kinda confusing? Maybe some of the subs were weird or the script was badly written or again my pea sized brain but idk to me it didn't really flow super smoothly and it was a bit boring too. Perhaps because I was expecting more action? At the end of the day it wasn't the worst... most of the actors were pretty good too!
This movie is pretty underrated by the looks of it! At first it was a bit meh but it got definitely got better and towards the end HOLY KJSFGKJASFGAJSFG!!! As soon as you're thinking, "oh okay, I think I know whats going on now", a plot twist comes out of nowhere and its like whoa! Ending is certainly worth the wait!
I liked it! The only thing I'm confused about is why Jin Seok lied and said he did it alone when he was asked to do it? Was it so he wouldn't make Yoo Seok hate his dad? Even so his dad is no longer alive? Or am I misreading it?
For GL, I dare you to watch The Handmaiden (movie). It is a very dark and intense psychological thriller and yes…
Idk if you've heard of these or not but here are a few! Yes or No and Yes or No 2 (thai movies) lily fever (a short korean drama) girls love and girls love 2 (chinese movie) I personally enjoyed the Yes or No movies the best but the others are still nice to watch!
I can understand people who say they like it but imo, its become a bit of a chore to watch. At first it was super funny and entertaining but now the plot kinda just drags on... If it weren't for me not being able to drop things, I probably wouldn't try to watch it all...
I watched this drama yesterday, and from then so many questions are popping in my head. I didn't get a clear answer…
To answer your question from before, it seems as though Jong Woo had PTSD from the military. There were parts in the drama where there are scenes of him being aggressive but then it flips back to reality and nothing has happened. Those scenes are kinda like his internal thoughts, he thinks them but they do not occur. These thoughts progressively get more intense and frequent (probably thanks to his current state of mind and Moon Jo) which ultimately leads to his breaking point. Moon Jo sees Jong Woo's vulnerability and potential to snap and grooms him to become a killer, just like him. His intentions were never made 100% clear but it is assumed that he believed they could either 'team up' or he just wanted something to entertain him. There is also the possibly that Moon Jo saw Jong Woo as a romantic interest, in some sort of twisted way. In the end Moon Jo calls Jong Woo his greatest creation because he snapped, killing the remaining apartment tenants and Moon Jo himself. It wasn't done cleanly either, as he kept going even after they were dead. This can be interpreted as him finally trying to let go or actually enjoying killing people. It may of also given him "peace of mind" to know that he would be safer without them and wouldn't have to constantly feel under threat. To me, the hospital scene where his face is sort of merged with Moon Jo's is like a part of him now lives in Jong Woo, after all Moon Jo helped him to his breaking point.
