subtitling isnt easy so the subtitles are from a translating machine i didnt have problem with subs it was understandable…
I definitely agree! Learning a language especially to the point of being able to subtitle and understand something like a movie takes a lot of effort especially when things like idioms are considered which don't translate nicely or word for word. However having subs that aren't great does make it a lot less enjoyable for viewers when they have to figure out what is being said and piece certain bits together.
For me what really took the cake is they couldn't even get the English spoken bits subtitled correctly which can be very distracting and again hard to understand when you're unconsciously reading one thing but hearing another (in the same language). I am unable to speak for others but for me even if I tried to listen and not read or vice versa I still ended up confused and distracted and had to rewatch the scene to understand.
Im probably really biased since I adore the first movie. tbh Im a little bit disappointed with this one especially since the first movie was so great! It probs didnt help that the subtitles weren't the best so I was really struggling to figure out what was actually happening and trying put together the pieces... It also felt like there was too much going on that wasnt really explained well or enough??? I think I probably would have enjoyed it more if the subtitles were better and the storyline was cleaner (couldve just been bad subs though).
I knew choi wooshik was not in it but I really hoped he was still alive and had a tiny role lmaoooo. did also hope/expect more dami screen time since she was the main lead for the first film so also a little bit let down there.
OKAY SO WHEN KINN SAYS TO PORSCHE THAT HE IS PRETTY JUST KNOW THAT I 10000000% AGREE WITH MY WHOLE HEART. I've said it before and I will say it again!!!!!
