It seems more and more dramas like going abroad to shoot a part of the drama these days. Especially to Europe.…
More like... I don’t get the point of calling something like that a “drama”. It’s specific type of tv show, and in my opinion it should be reserved for Asians actors and actresses. More over, foreigners never played any kind of big role in drama and this shouldn’t change. I don’t think that’s racist if we speak especially about this peculiar type of series.
I’ve read , I guess 40... chapters of the webtoon and it wasn’t very good in my opinion. Hopefully drama will have something more itself. ... Well, it has to. Basically two the most beautiful Koreans in one show. It has to be good... Please... MAKE IT GOOD! :D
One of the best dramas I ever watched. It was very “normal” I guess it’s a good word. But KBS really knows how to destroy the vibe. Just like in “Lovers in bloom”, here we have the ending which is not what I wanted to see.
Well, to precise – couple of last episodes were worse than I expected... All was happening too fast and I have the feeling that it should have (the show) maybe two more episodes which would help to calm down situations between all characters, cause to me there’re still couple of questions with no answers. Such a shame.
How can age be different just because it's Korea. I mean it's not like Koreans age faster or slower…
The difference is about the method of counting time/age. In Korea you will be have 1-2 years more than you have right now.
Basically, before the birth, baby already has a year of living . In lunar calendar every month has 28 days, which means that inside the mom's tummy, baby grows about 10 months and those 10 are counted as the first year. Secondly, on the 1st of January, one year is also added to the newborn's age. That means that the baby who has been born in New Years' Eve, day after will be 2 years old.
The formula is simple: (actual year) - (year of your birth) + (1 year) = Korean age.
No idea why but I can't update the review, so here it is:
Oh my God! It was the best what I've seen at the weekend. Bless Netflix Poland <3
I've just finished the last episode and last minutes of final episode was like a torture when Soon-J was walking around the street, alone.
I will definitely write a review on my blog, cause it was an amazing show and I'm so sad that it was only 16 episodes. If someone know another one like this, please let me know!
Damn... I can't even think about that it's an end already...
EDIT.
Okay, I'm day after watching and still am overwhelmed. In a good way. It was one of the first shows that I've seen on purpose and have knew that it actually is a typical "drama". Befero that, Ive seen couple of tv shows but they were just shows... To be honest, I liked this one that much because the story. As I said, I've seen couple of shows before but they were weird. Good on the first sight but the end was disappointing in some way. This one was good from the start to (almost) end. Of course, it isn't a masterpiece but to me it doesn't matter.
I love the cast. On the first sight I've thought that SoYeon looked too old for... I forgot what was the name of main actor... And that the main actor doesn't fit in the role but after couple of episodes I discovered in how big mistake I was. They were perfect for each other.
To be honest the music was nice but I didn't actually care about that part of show. The thing is that SoYeon to me looks very similar to Taeyeon and in my head when I was watching the series was the song titled "Time Lapse" from her debut full album "My Voice" (2017) and the song actually fit as hell into the storyline... Maybe that's only me, but... Jeezzzz...
Probably someday I will watch it again and for sure I will recommend this one for my friends. Plus, I'm thinking about writing a story based on this series (not a fanfiction), so, I will definitely watch this one again :D
That was kinda unexpected story with great lesson for life that we should appreciate every moment and everyone, because we never know what will happen when we turn our heads or just blink. I'm glad that I've watched it.
Whyyyyy... On YouTube was a channel of someone who uploaded new episodes (40th and more) and when U was watching the 41st his (or hers) channel has been blocked! Damn!
But hey... soon will be more lively interactions(no spoilers), can't wait official KBS profile to update list of episodes. It's sweet ankinda silly drama but I love characters and the plot. Seriously, after "Falling for innocence" is the second drama I fell in love with :D
