What a WEBTOON Reader would have expected
Now a lot of people are saying it doesn’t live up to season 1 and I’m here to say that is sort of true. Weak Hero is a WEBTOON adaptation and while Weak Hero 1 was a prologue this season is not. This season follows the WEBTOON to a certain extent. I was able to see different scenes that were in the WEBTOON in this season. Some part are different because they took out some characters but overall it somewhat similar. If you have read the WEBTOON then you can see that this is a good adaptation given that it had to match season 1 a bit, was only 8 episodes and each episode was only 40-50 minutes long, but it is a bit rushed. If you haven’t read the WEBTOON then chances are you will wonder why the pacing is so fast and how this doesn’t really match season 1 at all. Overall I give it a 10 because this is very much what I expect and it was amazing
