😂😂 They don't really contribute anything to the show that Pharm and Manow doesn't already... it makes sense that Team has friends on the swimming team but I really don't need to see them in scenes outside of that lol

Finally gave in and wanted to see what all the hype was about. The hype is well-deserved. LOVING it so far and kind of annoyed I waited this long.

YES some of the magic from the show was lost... but to be honest I don't even think it's fair to compare them. They are completely different formats. Also... For me, a big part of the magic of the show was that I went into it with super low expectations and it turned out to be incredible. I don't think I've ever been that pleasantly surprised by a show before. Also the show came out in a time that was super difficult to me so it was the highlight of my week for months. All these are factors that the movie couldn't possibly live up to. But it was still everything I wanted it to be. Feel-good added a bit of drama but not too heavy.

They're just so damn wholesome. I've missed them in my life 😭

I'm seeing a few people in the comments describe the 2nd episode as "not too bad" meanwhile I still haven't been able to function normally since I saw it because I literally ascended mentally lol

As someone who hasn't watched UWMA but only the "original" WinTeam scenes, I'm kind of confused about the timeline. Can anyone explain? I recognized the scene when Team gave Dean the food from Pharm and Team and Win eat together afterwards, something similar happened in UWMA but is it supposed to be the *same* moment?

Status after the last scene of the 2nd episode... Hundreds dead, thousands wounded...

The 2nd episode was sooooo goood. Way better than the 1st in my opinion. It's incredible to see every scene I've imagined for years being played out PERFECTLY. BounPrem's chemistry is unreal to me. Although I still can't really say I care about any of the other characters yet except for Manow who is a darling.

I'm still processing the episode, coming to terms with the elements that live up to my ridiculously high expectations (that I've had 3 years to build up in my head) and the ones that don't. But one thing I'm sure about is that the entire final scene is literally a piece of art. They couldn't have perfected that scene more if they'd had 7 years instead of 3. It's flawless in my eyes. Looking forward to more magic moments like it.
