Indeed. The girl hopelessly and miserably in love with a guy who is in love with another guy is a pretty boring trope.

It's super annoying. I know the actors will still get paid for scenes that won't air but it's still kind of disrespectful to their work in a way that some scenes just get thrown away.. I hope they will at least release it as deleted scenes.

It's very disappointing. Also how do you even manage to cut a scene you've shown in a preview so people know it exists. I will never understand how that even works 😒

Well now I just realized that one of the PitchBank scenes from the preview last week wasn't in the episode.

Bank: "If my dad won't approve, will you die for the sake of true love?"
Pitch: "Well, you can try dying first."

jpny01 Exactly. That's the moment I was mostly looking forward to and they just skipped it. When you have great chemistry between two characters like that, why not use it to its full potential. 😔 Meanwhile we got more than our full money's worth of the piece of plain bread that is SunSky.

It's only speculation but I hope it's not true or Imma be so mad. "I honestly wouldn't have minded if Father had shot Sun and the rest of the ep was PitchBank." This made me laugh out loud. Sorry to say I 100 % agree

I'm sorry but I can't stop thinking about the lost potential of PitchBank because they didn't care to give us more than 5 minutes of them in each ep. Their dynamic is so interesting and refreshing and they completely skipped the crucial moments like when they even decided to be boyfriends. 😔 Anyway, I guess this is what happens when you suffer badly from a cursed case of second couple syndrome. At least the scenes we got in the finale was super sweet and wholesome even if short.

Now I also understand from twitter that we apparently were robbed of some of their scenes. Absolutely HATE it when that happens / if true. 😔

I just checked the Taiwanese wiki page which has been extremely accurate so far and they have also changed it to 22nd August. So unless something really bad happens Covid-wise, I'm feeling pretty confident it's true this time.

Tenon (Bank) is the star of this show, IMO. He is so effortless in his portrayal and makes the character feel very authentic. He's naturally funny and also great at serious scenes. Only wish we had gotten more of him (and Sugus) this week... Hopefully they won't just be a sidenote in the finale.

@jpny01 Same. I have a feeling a lot of people who like TeamWin also like PitchBank, theres's a bit of a similar vibe to them. And I don't just mean being the criminally underused secondary pairing lol.

Man the second couple syndrome is so strong in this one... I can't really get into the main couple but PitchBank is magnificent. This is UWMA all over again.
