All these stupid misunderstandings keep happening just cause no one is being clear! This is in so many dramas and it's annoying. That said, I appreciate the ending here.
Honestly, both anime and live-action are a letdown. Both felt like they could've been much more expanded on but I enjoyed the live-action more because it took a darker tone and I got to see Suga and Lisa from Black Pink. I noticed though that this left out or only did a quick reference to a lot of things from the anime that I enjoyed (e.g. the guy that was brought in to teach them to be more feminine but was unaware of their true identities).
1. they didn't even say there was a time jump after the beginning. I was so confused for awhile and wondering why no one was talking about those kids whereabouts and wellbeing.
2. completely rural, no technology used throughout the whole movie until the end when they all come out to watch a movie on the big projector screen. WHAT LMAO
3. I hope I just missed something but despite Sai being "turned" as a child, there was no explanation of why she conveniently started turning until now.
These aside, I did really enjoy this movie. The lead is pretty, loved the scenes of Noi "feeding" her and Jerd's transformation was intense!
This was really good but I hate how all the problems were literally caused by that ONE guy - made it all pointless to me. The zombie acting was surprisingly amazing though.
